Legal Status and Nature
The Association (Goan Association Ireland) is established as a non-profit, voluntary, non-political, and non-sectarian charitable organization, operating for the public benefit in Ireland.
The Association shall operate in accordance with Irish Law, including the Charities Act 2009, and any amendments thereto.
Objectives
Organize cultural, educational, social, and recreational events open to the public.
Promote intercultural awareness and community integration.
Support community welfare, social inclusion, and mutual assitance initiatives.
Collaborate with Irish and international charitable, cultural, and community organizations.
Undertake fundraising activities consistent with charitable purpose and Irish law.
